The Company sells products directly to customers through this Website and is the seller of record for all transactions.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Use of this Website is available only to persons who can enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. This Website is not available to:

2.  Persons suspended or removed from the Company's system for any reason.

3.  Persons who are 'incompetent to contract' within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Products and Orders

1.  Acetech E-commerce Limited sells products directly to customers. The Company is the seller of record for every transaction on this Website.

2.  All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through approved payment gateways. Transactions in any other currency are not facilitated.

3.  You agree to provide correct and accurate payment information and to use only payment instruments lawfully owned by you.

4.  An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation from Acetech E-commerce Limited. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, including in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

5.  If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, the Company may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and refund the amount charged.

6.  By registering your phone number, you consent to being contacted via calls and SMS for order, shipment, and delivery updates. The Company will not use your phone number for unsolicited promotional communications without your prior consent.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Company's Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use and is incorporated by reference. Please read the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy carefully before placing any order.

Cancellation Policy

1.  Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled by contacting us at support@thekartclub.in or +91-9272566891.

2.  Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy instead.

3.  If Acetech E-commerce Limited is unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability or any other reason, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4.  If delivery fails within the specified timeframe for reasons beyond the Company's or courier's control, the order will be cancelled and, for prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Uses

You may use this Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

1.  Use this Website in any way that breaches applicable Indian or international law or regulation.

2.  Use this Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

3.  Transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material (spam).
