Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Policy
Acetech E-commerce Limited accepts returns as per the following policy:
1. Only defective or damaged products will be accepted for return, replacement, or refund.
2. You must raise an alert with us within 24 hours from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Contact us at support@thekartclub.in or +91-9272566891.
3. The product must not be damaged while in your possession.
4. The product must be the same product that was shipped to you.
5. The product must be returned in its original condition — with original packaging, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories included.
6. Only those products will be eligible for return where the complaint is registered within the warranty period of the product.
7. Acetech E-commerce Limited retains the right to examine whether the returned product is defective or damaged. Based on verification, Acetech E-commerce Limited will either reship or replace the product.
8. If the product is confirmed defective or damaged, Acetech E-commerce Limited will replace and reship it to your original shipping address, subject to availability of stock.
9. If the returned product is found to be neither defective nor damaged, you will be informed and the same product will be reshipped to your shipping address.
10. You will not be liable for shipping charges on a replaced or reshipped product where the defect or damage has been confirmed by Acetech E-commerce Limited.
11. If the replacement product is unavailable in stock, a refund will be initiated and you will be informed via your registered email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
12. Products specified as 'Non-Returnable' on the product listing cannot be returned.
13. In cases of buyer's remorse — such as an incorrect colour, model, or product ordered by you — the return may not be accepted at Acetech E-commerce Limited's discretion.
Refund Policy
1. Only those products returned as per the acceptable return policy above, and for which replacement is not possible, will be eligible for refund.
2. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a pricing or data error, Acetech E-commerce Limited may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. In such cases, the full charged amount will be refunded.
Online Refund — Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI
1. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source from which the payment was made.
2. Refunds will be processed within 02 (two) working days from the date of the refund request.
3. The transaction may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing timelines.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund
1. For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS) to your bank account or UPI ID.
2. Refunds will be processed within 02 (two) working days from the date of the refund request, after confirmation of product pickup.
3. In exceptional cases where you do not wish to share bank or UPI details, Acetech E-commerce Limited may issue a refund by cheque or demand draft (DD).
4. Refund cheque or DD will be processed within 03 (three) working days and dispatched to your billing address.
5. Allow an additional 3–5 working days for dispatch and 2–3 working days for clearance after deposit.
Shipping Cost Refund
1. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your PIN code, you may return the product via any available courier. The actual shipping cost incurred will be reimbursed by Acetech E-commerce Limited upon confirmed receipt of the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return under any circumstances: innerwear and undergarments, food and edible products, opened personal care and hygiene products, and any product explicitly marked 'Non-Returnable' on the product listing page.
