Order Processing Time

All orders placed on this Website are processed by Acetech E-commerce Limited within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via SMS and email along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Partners

Acetech E-commerce Limited ships across India using reputed courier partners including Delhivery, XpressBees, Bluedart, and DTDC. The courier assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and product type.


Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by location. The following are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates:

1.  Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

2.  Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days

3.  Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

4.  Remote / Difficult Access Areas: 12–15 business days


Acetech E-commerce Limited is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond the Company's reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay, the Company will communicate with you via SMS or email.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping thresholds and flat-rate charges are communicated on the product page and at checkout. There are no hidden shipping charges.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

1.  COD is available on eligible orders across serviceable PIN codes. COD availability and order value limits are displayed at checkout.

2.  COD orders may require 1–2 additional business days of processing before dispatch.

3.  For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier at delivery.

4.  If delivery fails within the specified timeframe for reasons attributable to the courier, any advance payment will be fully refunded.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and tracking link. You may also contact us at support@thekartclub.in or +91-9272566891 with your order number for a status update.


Delivery Attempts

1.  Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 (three) times at your provided address.

2.  If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to origin (RTO). Please contact us to arrange re-delivery. If re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address provided by you, a re-delivery fee may apply.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

1.  If your order arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and notify us within 24 hours at support@thekartclub.in with photographs. Acetech E-commerce Limited will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

2.  If damage is discovered upon opening, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. Acetech E-commerce Limited will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3.  In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us and Acetech E-commerce Limited will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution within 7 working days.

Acetech E-commerce Limited ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Serviceability of specific PIN codes is confirmed at checkout.
